Bournemouth Arts Club (BAC) welcomes interest from new members. BAC consists of Full Members and Associates.
Click here to read the Criteria for Selection as a full member. Please read these carefully if you are considering applying for selection as they will help you to know what the selection board will be looking for. Application for membership is made through the Secretary.
The Annual Fee is £35 for Members and £30 for Associates. There may be extra charges for some events and working days.
The membership year runs from 1st January, when subscriptions become payable, with half price fees for those joining after 1st September.

Full Membership
Full members are elected to the club by a selection panel and prospective members will have a focused commitment to their art, as well as experience of exhibiting and a willingness to participate in club activities.
Prospective members are encouraged to join the club, initially, as an associate member, and may apply for full membership at the next selection day, or remain an associate for as long as desired with no obligation to apply for full membership.
Associate Membership
Associate Membership (non exhibiting) is available to anyone with an interest in the arts who would enjoy participating in the club programme of events. Please contact the membership secretary.
Friends of BAC
Several professional artists are linked to BAC as Friends. They share their knowledge and skills with club members through lectures, working days and studio visits. Friends are invited to exhibit their work when the opportunity arises.
