Lynne Wilkes

Lynne Wilkes studied Fine Art under Professor Quentin Bell and Sir Lawrence Gowing at Leeds University, graduating with BA Hons in 1969.
More recently she studied at Bournemouth University Arts Institute, Shelley Park.

She has travelled extensively in Italy where she lived and worked for some time. The landscape of the Tuscan hills, frequently revisited, often features in her paintings.  Living in Dorset, the surrounding cliffs, hills and coastal paths are also the subjects of her work.

Lynne has exhibited widely in the RA Summer Shows, Royal West of England Academy, New English Art Club, including the Bournemouth University Art Loan Collection..
