Since moving to Dorset from Bath, I have been concentrating on developing plein air drawing and painting, while also making lino prints, wood engravings and collagraphs in the studio. I am fascinated by illustration and have published short stories. My visual work is primarily figurative and comes from a strong identification with and feeling for the contours and colours of the English landscape; however, I also find joy in drawing and painting people in all situations.
