Following a career as a graphic designer in London and Hampshire, Sheila has been painting full-time since 1988 mainly using pastel.
She was elected a member of the Society of Women Artists in 1995 and the Pastel Society in 2011. She exhibits work at the Mall Galleries each year with these societies.
