Felicity House PS

I draw inspiration from places, people and objects that intrigue. 

My paintings and drawings are carefully observed but intuitively edited - recording that which is visually important, using a spontaneous expressive line and working within a window of time.

These images may be developed in the studio by a process of selecting and simplifying towards abstraction.

My enthusiasm for drawing in different media predominates but I paint using watercolours, oils, pastels and also make prints.

I am an elected member of the Pastel Society. I exhibit in various galleries and open exhibitions including RWA Bristol, and in London with the New English, RI watercolours, the Discerning Eye and at the RA Summer Exhibition.
